
Christopher and Friends lead Yogic Intensives, giving you the opportunity to dive deep into practice.
There will be four sessions of Yoga each day. Practices include dynamic physical practice, Yogic breath practices, Chanting, Meditation, Yogic Massage and Inquiry and Reflection.
These intensives are designed to challenge and inspire; to deepen your practice; and encourage insight. They are always fun and transformational.
You will also receive high quality, individualised instruction and personalised attention from one of Europe’s leading Yoga Teachers.
